DAVID WILCOX, P.E.

Professional Summary:

Mr. Wilcox is a licensed Civil Engineer with experience in electrical transmission and distribution systems design, structural design, nuclear test engineering, software design, and civil engineering.  As engineering manager he provides managerial design leadership and oversight.  He is frequently acknowledged for his ability to utilize his management and engineering skills to determine project needs, research technologies and resources, propose a best fit solution, collaborate with stakeholders to achieve buy-in, and translate goals into specific actions.  He’s a confident problem-solver with tremendous success in bringing projects to completion.  His open door managerial style allows for clear direction of design and engineering concepts.  He allows engineering staff to accomplish tasks using their own process methods while clearing away obstacles to a productive work environment.  Mr. Wilcox is an excellent communicator and maintains expert skills in the following software’s: Windows NT, UNIX, Visual C++, WinEst, PLS-CADD, Raima DB Object Manager, and Microstation

Professional Summary:

Mr. Evans is a licensed professional engineer with 16 years experience in electrical design and construction of utility and commercial facilities.  He has excellent experience in electric utility substation design, budgeting and construction.  His background includes experience with electric utility substation and distribution commodities.  Mr. Evans experience includes performing as lead engineer on multiple concurrent projects and working with teams of people from various educational backgrounds.  His computer skills include; SAP, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Mircostation, Accubid

TIM BARDELL, P.E.

 

Professional Summary:

Mr. Bardell is a licensed professional engineer with 32 years of design engineering experience.  He is a licensed mechanical engineer.  Mr. Bardell is a versatile engineer specializing in civil, mechanical, and structural engineering design.  He has an in depth understanding of power systems.  As the manager of engineering, Mr. Bardell expedited the proper design of varyingly complex low rise commercial and industrial, structural steel buildings.  These design projects including internal crane systems, multiple floors, and rigid-frame clear spans of over 100 feet.   His past work experience includes the development, administration, and grading of US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) operator licensing examinations and development of a method for classifying hazardous facilities based on inventories, meteorology, and geography.  As an Advanced Engineer with the Westinghouse-Hanford company Mr. Bardell was the nuclear safety staff engineer while acting as the lead engineer for maintenance of the N-Reactor Technical Specifications.

Mrs. Wituchowski has twenty-one years of design drafting experience having worked in the fields of engineering and architecture.  She enjoys the technical challenges presented by various types of civil engineering projects.  Jolanta obtained her B.S. Civil Engineering degree thus giving her a unique advantage over other design/drafting personnel.  She continues to update her technical skill in AutoCAD through classes at local colleges.  Through her education and travel she is fluent in four languages; English, Polish, German, and Russian.
